◆ Works that I would provide are Illustration, Character Design, and Live 2d Model. I do not accept works outside those mentioned.

⟐ Clients should provide clear visual references for their character, and possibly, scenery they wish to include in the drawing.

⟐ In case the visual reference is anything outside painting, drawing, or 3d render of that specific character, I would consider them to be Character Design works.

◆ All-text description would fit into the category of Character Design works.

◆ I reserve the rights to decline a commission if I do not feel comfortable working on it.

✦ Payment terms

◆ Payment would generally be in USD currency.

◆ Payment would be done through PayPal invoice, or Thailand banking only.

⟐ For commission quotation that is under 300 USD, a full upfront payment is required.

⟐ For commission quotation that is above 301 USD, it is possible to divide payment in half. The first 50 percent is required after the thumbnail sketches have been decided, and another half when the work is fully rendered

◆ Clients would only receive high-definition files after the transaction has been completed.

✦ Rights

◆ Personal Use

⟐ I own the full rights and authorization of the work. Thus I could use the work for advertising purpose, such as self-promoting or posting them on SnS.

⟐ Clients could use the artwork for personal purpose, such as printing them as a collection, or posting them on personal SnS.

⟐ Clients are not allowed to use the artwork for any commercial purpose; such as mass-out printing, putting an auction, or using them in an advertisement.

⟐ Clients are not allowed to modify the work in anyway unless stated otherwise.

◆ Commercial Use

⟐ Clients own full rights and authorization to the work.

⟐ I own the rights to post the completed works on my SnS and my sites, unless the works are asked to be kept private by clients, or the works haven't been published yet.

✦ Artwork Proposal

◆ The process of commission is as follows:

⟐ After the request has been accepted, I will start working on 2-3 thumbnail sketches for the client to choose from. When the sketch is decided, payment is required before I continue. I would normally send a major update every few days or if the clients request it.

◆ The work is expected to be done in 4-8 weeks, depending on complexity of the piece.

✦ Termination Agreement

◆ After the work process has begun, it is not possible to refund unless I stated otherwise.

◆ If I cannot continue working on the piece for any reasons, I’ll provide the clients full refund. However if the sketches has been completed, I reserve the right to return only half of the invoice I've sent over.

✦ General Guidelines

◆ The price listed below is for personal use only. Commercial piece will be charged 1.5x from original amount.

◆ The dimension of the work would be around A4, 300 dpi, unless stated otherwise or if the composition itself varies.

◆ Starting from 300 USD, Additional charges may apply If the character is heavily detailed.

◆ Background charge ranges from free (transparent bg, solid color), 100 ~ 200 USD for minimal bg (some props or 1-3 motifs), 200 ~ 400 USD for heavily detailed one (town, complex scenery)

◆ It is not restricted to be full body only, I would consider from various factor, such as composition or accessories of the character to make decision what would fit the character best.

◆ Their personality : this would help me in thinking of the character's gesture and composition. Could be short or 3-4 paragraph long. e.g. the character is a cheerful zombie who enjoys cultured meat

◆ Mood/tone : could be short, simple texts; or visual reference of what you'd like

◆ Gesture : if there is any visual representation, please feel free to include them in the form. You could also draw very simple pose to elaborate your request
